This is a condo in the Tuckaway Pines Condo project that was built in 2004. The sqft of this unit is Approx 2880. At full list price ($310k) that's $104 per sqft, which is way under construction cost. You can tell this is quality constuction with poured concrete walls and solid core doors. Best thing is it's Bank Owned... and they want it sold
Typically, there is only 1 unit available at a time at the Lofts on Broadway. This building has a great location on the corner of Chicago and Broadway, right where all the Third Ward action is. Inside, the common area is updated and well kept. Now there are 3 two bedrooms and 1 one bedroom units available. Blink three times and they will be gone.
1522 On The Lake is one of the nicest buildings in the city. This unit faces S/W and has a great view of the city and the Lake. A true 3 bedroom unit, with 2126 sq-ft this unit has the largest floorplan in the building. Have a fireworks party from this unit and you guests won't be disappointed. Incl concierge, fitness room, heat & a/c, community & sundeck.
You can't argue with statistics and the breakwater has them on their side. there are only 3 condos for sale left in the building. This building has almost all sold out in the worst condo market ever. There are a few more coming back onto the market. The few that are left have different pricing, views and finishes. If your looking for a condo for sale in Milwaukee you have to see this building.
This is a relatively cheap price for one of the premier buildings in the Third/Fifth Ward. It's on the 4th floor and has good views and a classic floorplan. Inside there are many high end finishes like granite in Kitchen, Marble in bath appliances and yes a sunlight in the kitchen feels great. >1000 sqft but feels huge.
The Diamond Tower is a nice building with an A+ location on Prospect Avenue near Brady St. This $120k 1 bedroom condo has a view of the lake through the buildings to the East and just under 900 sqft. It is going to be sold thru auction so it's a little more complicated but worth it at that price. Must have proof of funds...
